Teu’Lon is not responsible for any package(s) returned due to an incomplete or inaccurate shipping address. Teu’Lon is not responsible for the returned package(s) return shipping/redelivery costs (this cost is the responsibility of the customer). To ensure proper delivery, all customers are responsible for providing valid and complete shipping information prior to processing their order(s). 

Stolen/Lost Packages:

Teu’Lon is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Any accommodations required for the delivery of the package(s) should be set in place by the customer prior to the customers expected delivery date.

Teu’Lon is not responsible for any mishandling of package(s) throughout transit to it’s designated destination. However, please inspect your order(s) upon receipt. Contact Teu’Lon immediately if the item received is significantly damaged, or if the wrong item was delivered.
